Vacation in Tanzania is a better opportunity for many people. This land contains many wonders, so the protection of this country very crucial. Every country has its own legal procedure for its visitors. Therefore, you need to follow some code of conduct that as a traveller, you need to follow.

  • Collect your health card or any written evidence from nay doctor to prove your vaccination for yellow fever. Most importantly make sure you consult your doctor 6-8 weeks before you apart.
  • Mount Kilimanjaro has some permission structure. There is a limit for groups that can access the mountain or certain routes at a particular time. These procedures operate by the tour operators or licensed guides.
  • The age allowed to climb Kilimanjaro is 10 years old.[minimum]
  • There is no upper age limit on who can climb to Mount Kilimanjaro’s summit.
  • It is advised that you consult a medical professional to ensure there will be no problems during your trek, particularly if you are over 60 years of age.
  • Tanzania Visas must be obtained in advance by all, and almost everyone will need a visa.
  • A Tanzania visa costs approximately US$50 for most nationalities and will be valid for a maximum of three months.

For Kilimanjaro climbing, you have to take a travel insurance policy which covers you for:

  • All medical expenses (including repatriation)
  • Any expensive items.

When you do buy a travel insurance policy, you will need to make it clear about the type of activities you will be completed during your travels.
